QLD Poetry Festival has for many years, had a strong relationship with the Canadian poetry community, showcasing the likes of Jacqueline Turner, Matt Rader, Oni the Haitian Sensation, Shane Koyczan, Ken Babstock, Jon Paul Fiorentino & a. rawlings, so it was with great delight that I delved into the sounds of the North of Invention Festival (thanks for the link JW), featuring 10 poets at the cutting edge of Canadian poetry.

For anyone who experienced a. rawlings on her visit to QLD last year, this is bound to reignite that shiver. Take your time with this one…
