You’ll find me under the ‘Stilts’

That’s right, I am, the current poetry feature over at Stilts… and can I say, I am pretty bloody excited about it!

Poets On Speed

Stilts are running a month long feature aptly titled ‘Poets On Speed‘, featuring the work of poets who regularly breath their words into the SpeedPoets mic. It is a real honour to be kicking things off; SpeedPoets has become a vital part of my existence, having been deeply involved in curating the event for the last thirteen years.

Other poets to be featured over the coming weeks are Andrew Phillips, Chloe Callistemon and Carmen Leigh Keats.

Here’s a link to to the Stilts Homepage where you will find three of my poems, some audio and details about the first SpeedPoets gig for 2013. And tomorrow they will be posting a third feature… me talking about how I wrote my first poem… actually, it was a song, so click on the site tomorrow to find out more!
