This past few weeks, I have been busily editing the long poem, ‘I, Land‘, I discussed in my Next Big Thing interview. I am now happy to say that it is as close to finished as any poem ever gets. I have also been excitedly meeting with two amazing Brisbane artists about how we can bring the poem to life as a performance piece. The possibilities discussed have got me buzzing…
One of the artists is Brisbane-based poet, photographer and filmmaker, Anna Jacobson. Anna has an incredible eye for the natural world, the poetic and the ephemeral.
