Thanks to the always inspiring Kate Eltham, I recently discovered the art of making ‘Book Spine Poems‘. So of course, I just had to have a crack at it… in fact, it is quite addictive and a great impetus to spend some time with your books! So here goes, Book Spine Poem #1:
Hello serotonin:
at the drive in volcano
love is a dog from hell

The pleasures of the damned,
all poets welcome,
waltzing with Jack Dancer,
red leaves.
Wow! Each of those books are stunning in their own right. And together make a kicking poem!
